We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, together with instructions on returning your purchase. Please do not try to return a product without a Return Authorization Number products must be returned to different locations.
Freight Shipping Policy
So heavy-item orders may go as quickly as you can, please read the following specifications and conditions for delivery of machine tables that are assembled and cabinets.
Assembled industrial machines with dining table and assembled sewing furniture may ship via freight truck line, NOT UPS or FedEx. Freight delivery does not apply for free transport and cannot be expedited. Freight shipping charges are usually depending on your location and type of delivery address. (No shipping method aside from cargo is applicable for all these items, even when other approaches show up in the cart ) We will contact you about the cargo. After you've placed your order, You're also welcome to contact us.
Someone has to be at the delivery address to receive and sign for the product when delivery occurs. The freight company will call you to notify you so that you can plan accordingly. Provide as many phone numbers as you can to make sure that the delivery company can contact you and let you know when your order will be delivered.
